MINUTES OF THE ANNUAL MEETING OF THE MEMBERSHIP
DECEMBER
15, 2008
There were 23 members, 9 guests and the speaker present
for a total of 33.
The president announced it was time for the annual election of board members
for the calendar year 2009.
He introduced the following
members who have been nominated to serve:
Earl Cuyler
Al Galvi
Tom Malthaner
Gary Vacin
Bob Walch
The president asked for
nominations from the floor or any members who wished to volunteer to serve on
the board.
Since there were no
nominations or volunteers the president asked for a show of hands for the
election of the nominees.
Since a majority of hands
indicated approval of the nominees, they are approved to serve for the calendar
year 2009.
The president asked if
there was any new business the members would like to discuss.
There being no new
business, the business portion of the meeting was adjourned.
