MINUTES OF THE ANNUAL MEETING OF THE BOARD
DECEMBER 15, 2008
The new board met
immediately after the annual meeting of the membership.

The president called the
meeting to order
On motion duly made and
passed, the board elected the following members as officers of the club to
serve for the calendar year 2009 or until their successors have been elected:
Bob Walch, President
Al Galvi Vice President
Tom Malthaner Secretary
Earl Cuyler Treasurer
The president made the
following appointments for the calendar year 2009 or until their successors
have been appointed:
Elton Dyal Program Director
Earl Cuyler Activities Director
Bill Johnson Assistant Webmaster
Gary Vacin Publicity Director and Provost
Vern Nelson Webmaster
There being no further
business brought before the board, the meeting was adjourned.
