Aero Club does breakfast at Benson

 

          The Sun Lakes Aero Club (SLAC) completed one of its longest breakfast fly-in trips recently on February 20th when four aircraft and 11 members and guests showed up at Benson, located 35 miles southeast of Tucson.  Pilots and their passengers included: Richard Simmons, Gary West and Larry Perkins in Steve Perkins Cessna 182; GeneEvans and Robin Sundstrom in Paul Beekís Bellanca Cruismaster; Craig Day in Cannon Hillís RV-6; and J.R. Scheidereiter in Gary Vacinís Grumman AA1.  SLAC scheduled a fly-in to Payson March 24 and to San Carlos Apache just east of Globe April 21st.
