April 18^th Monthly Meeting:

· Russell Pankey will be our featured speaker. His topic is:  "Grand Canyon National Park Airport -- Arizona's Best Kept Secret."  Pankey served as airport manager at Grand Canyon for 10 years before his retirement in 2003.  He previously was Airport Manager at Springfield, Ill. for three years and 10 years at Missoula, Mont. and worked for Ozark Airlines in Iowa and Illinois for 16 years.

Activities:

· Thursday March 29, 2007 – Fly-in to Globe, AZ

• Tuesday April 24^th
  Tentatively looking at the new Lockheed Martin Flight Services building at Prescott. Dick Vaughn is in touch with Wm. Lamb Western Service Area Manager and trying to come up with a date that will work for the both of us. He is shooting for Tuesday April 24^th

This Fly-In was cancelled in May 2006 due to weather conditions, and will be reviewed for a first
Fly-In the Fall. This destination ranked 1^st on the survey of members.
