1.    Speaker for Wednesday October 17th:

Member Tom Malthaner will entertain us with his vast knowledge of the history of World War II.  He will relate some of the causes leading to the war and relate in chronological order some events, known & unknown to most, that occurred after September 1, 1939.  You may view Tom’s profile and photo on our website at Tom Malthaner Profile  (His photo takes awhile to download).

2.    Speaker for November 21st:

Lt Col Edward H. (Ned) Linch III will speak to us about his experiences during a tour of duty in Iraq.  This may be very timely considering Congress’s vacillation on continuing the struggle in Iraq.  You may recall that Col Linch spoke to us at the May 16th meeting.  He covered “See and Avoid” which was very interesting and timely.

The major components of Lockheed's FS21 system

"Flight Service 21" (FS21) will consist of hubs located in Fort Worth, Texas; Leesburg, Virginia; and Prescott, Arizona. All three hubs went into operational testing mode in January 2007.
