A Special Board meeting of the Sun Lakes Aero Club was held at Phase I in Sun Lakes, AZ in the Arts and Crafts Room

The meeting was called to order at 8:00am by President Sam Doria
Approval of the Minutes of the Board Meeting held on May 27, 2003 were deferred until the next meeting.
Old Business:
The primary purpose of this special meeting was to adopt By-Laws for the Club.
Ray Schrecengost distributed copies of the proposed By-Laws to the members present.
Sam Doria appointed Bob Earl to act as Facilitator of the
meeting. Bob Earl brought Richard
Bosik, FAA, Ret. to record changes in the proposed By-Laws
on his Lap-Top computer.
Bob Earl, acting as the Facilitator, went over the proposed
By-Laws line by line and suggestions and changes were incorporated into the
By-Laws by Richard Bosik.
After competing the By-Laws, Sam Doria called for a vote and the Board
unanimously approved them as amended.
Ray Schrecengost said he would type up the By-Laws as he
recorded the changes and send them to Bob Earl for comparison with the By-Laws
that Bob will produce from the Lap-Top computer. They will iron out any differences and Bob will distribute the final By-Laws to the Board members. They are to be published on the SLAC Web
site.
New Business:
In accordance with the adopted By-Laws, President Sam Doria appointed the following to the Board as Members at Large.
Al Galvi
Jim Parish
Bob Earl.
There being no further business brought before the Board, the meeting was adjourned at 11:25pm.
