SLAC BOARD MEETING

Date of Meeting: May 19, 2004

A meeting of the Sun Lakes Aero Club Board was held in the Oakwood Country Club Arts and Crafts Building, Sewing Room, Sun Lakes, Arizona.

Present at the meeting:

Jim Boone, President

Ray Schrecengost, Treasurer

Bob Earl, Secretary

Elton Dyal, Programs Officer

Bill Johnson, Activities Officer

Al Doria, Member at Large

Al Galvi, Member at Large

Absent from this meeting:

Vern Nelson, Vice President and Web Manager

Ziggi Wirganowicz, Provost

Dick Vaughn, Member at Large

Jim opened the meeting at 8:20 p.m.

The minutes of the April 21, 2004 were corrected to specify that Vern Nelson was selected by the Board to fill the office of Vice President.

No other business was brought forth and after a general discussion Jim closed the meeting at 8:27 p.m.
