Minutes of the Annual 2009 Meeting
December 21, 2009

President Walch called the meeting to order at 7:00PM.

The President announced it was time for the annual election of the Board of Directors for the calendar year of 2010.

Al Gavi, Chairperson of the Nominating Committee, announced the following members who have been nominated to serve on the Board.

Earl Cuyler
Al Gavi
Gary Vacin
Bob Walch
Richard Simmons
Elton Dyal
Tom Malthaner

The President asked for nominations from the floor or any members who wished to volunteer to serve on the Board.

Since there were no nominations or volunteers. the President asked for a show of hands for the election of the nominees.

Since a show of hands indicated approval of the nominees, they were approved to serve for the calendar year of 2010.

The President asked if there was any new business the members would like to discuss. There being no new business, the business portion of the meeting was adjourned.

There were 20 members in attendance.

The speaker for the General Membership Meeting was Captain Robert Hansel from Luke Air Force Base. Captain Hansel is an Instructor Pilot for Pilots who fly the F-16 Fighter Aircraft.
