Minutes of the Annual Meeting
of the Board of Director's
December 21, 2009

The 2010 Board of Director's met immediately after the annual meeting of the membership at 8:33 PM.

Present at the Meeting:

Bob Walch
Al Galvi
Gary Vacin
Tom Malthaner

Those absent from the Meeting:

Earl Cuyler
Richard Simmons
Elton Dyal

Past President Walch called the meeting to order at 8:23 PM.

On a motion made by Gary and seconded by Al, and passed by the members of the Board, the Board elected the following Director's as officers of the club to serve for the calendar year of 2010 or until their successors have been elected.

Bob Walch, President
Al Galvi, Vice President
Earl Cuyler, Treasurer
Tom Malthaner, Secretary

The President made the following appointments  for the 2010 calendar year or until their successors have been appointed.

Earl Cuyler, Treasurer & Activity Director
Gary Vacin, Publicity, Programs and  
Provost Director
Vern Nelson, Webmaster

There being no further business brought before the Board, the meeting was adjourned at 8:28 PM.
