Following is a report
from member Bob Little who had a serious plane accident. He crashed on take-off from CHD on Sunday
December 10, 2006:
I am doing well. Walking and getting
around and still doing rehab. I got rid of the wheel chair on March 14th, the
first day of rehab and then threw the walker away a week later. If I can
stay awake I will try to make the last meeting next week. Thanks for your concern.

May 16th Monthly Meeting:
Lt. Col.
Edward Linch, F-16
pilot from Davis-Monthan AFB will talk on Mid-Air Collision Avoidance. He spoke to a group of us participating in a
Poker Run Saturday at Marana Airport and did an outstanding job. We were surprised and pleased at his
willingness to come to Sun Lakes and give a presentation to our club. Col. Linch is well-versed in the Luke AFB area, having flown F-16s
while on temporary training assignment there

Fly-in to Sedona – There was a fly-in to Sedona
on Thursday April 26th.

To visit the FSS (Flight Service Station). Prescott FSS is one of only
three major hubs in the U.S.

This Fly-In was cancelled in May 2006 due to weather
conditions, and will be reviewed for a first Fly-In the Fall. This
destination
ranked 1st on the survey of
members.
