6.       FAA: No plan to ground Eclipse aircraft
With all Eclipse operations closed due to the company's bankruptcy, the FAA has issued a Special Airworthiness Information Bulletin to address support issues for the 259 Eclipse 500 very light jets that are in the field. The FAA said it had no plans to ground the airplanes, and while parts may be difficult to find because Eclipse is not shipping anything, the jet remains flyable as long as it is airworthy.
